 It can be classified as tube heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger. Tube heat exchanger can be divided into oil cooler, condensator and oil heater. Plate heat exchanger can be divided into plate cooler and plate heater.
Tube heat exchanger can be divided into oil cooler, condensator and oil heater. Cooler is used to cool oil or water. Condensator is used to condensate surplus steam, refrigeration and so on. Heater is used to heat oil, fuel, jar water and seawater.
Pipe heat exchanger can divided into fixed plate type, float type and U type by different structure.

Oil heater

The specification is divided by heat exchange area. Offer technical parameter, we can design heater /and assure the effect. According to GB3300.1-86, oil and water cooler on the ship choose LQ, LR, BLG series cooler.  

According to GB10842-89 air condensator in marine adopt LG series condensator. According to CB/T3517-92 vacuum condensator on ship adopt LD series vacuum condensator.

Classification: Plate cooler, plate heater. Plate cooler is used to cool the oil, water, acid or alkall medium on the drive device. Plate heater is used to heat the freshwater, oil and drinking water.

Structure character: compact appearance, small volume, easy to change and repair.

Plate shape: ripple, level, herringbone, oblique.

Cause of special structure, the heat exchanger has favorable heat transmission.

Order notice: The specification of plate heat exchanger is divided by area. Given the pressure of cool and heat medium and requirement we can design and manufacture. Choose plate heat exchanger according to CB/T1036-1997.
